We are an Alliance that builds collective power for low wage workers to achieve respect, justice and dignity through education, empowerment and strengthening grassroots organizations and campaigns led by workers.

 

We envision a society where the power and leadership of women and other oppressed people and communities are recognized and promoted, and the following is respected:

 

·         Human rights of all workers

·         The right to live with dignity respecting mother earth

·         The right to immigrate

·         The self-determination of our communities and economies
